Yoga is more than movement - it is a practical science for cultivating a healthier body, a calmer mind, and a more resilient nervous system. By integrating movement, breath, and mindful awareness, yoga can positively influence your physiology and neurochemistry, empowering you to navigate life with greater clarity, joy, confidence, resilience, compassion, and purpose.
I have been teaching since 2015 after completing my teacher training in Chennai, India, under the guidance of my teacher, Dr Yogannath Andianppan.
I have an MSc in Applied Neuroscience from King’s College London, and my research focused on the clinical applications of mindfulness-based practices (yoga, meditation, pranayama etc.)
My classes integrate traditional yoga with evidence-informed approaches to help you move, breathe, and live with greater awareness of what life has to offer.
I hope I can help you experience the transformative power of your own breath and movement.
